Key Role

The Property Manager oversees campus property, maintenance services and capital projects to ensure facilities meet staff, students and parents' needs.

This role is crucial in maintaining a safe, clean and functional environment.

A dynamic leader will be responsible for managing teams and contractors to achieve this goal.

Core Responsibilities
  • Direct the maintenance and grounds staff to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
  • Manage property projects from planning to execution, including cleaning, security and pest control.
  • Supervise contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual arrangements and safety regulations.
Main Duties
  • Plan, budget and execute capital and maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Prepare annual maintenance budgets for Maintenance and Grounds teams and capital projects.
  • Identify and address hazards on campus, attend WHS meetings and ensure facilities meet required safety standards.
  • Supervise emergency evacuation procedures and collaborate with local authorities on traffic and road safety issues.
  • Manage various service contracts, including security, cleaning, vehicle maintenance and pest management.
  • Ensure service providers meet agreed-upon standards and maintain efficiency.

  • Align with the College's Christian ethos by modelling Christian values, building supportive relationships and acting in the best interests of the community.
