Chief Financial Planning Officer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Financial Planning & Analysis function.
- This involves developing and maintaining financial models, providing scenario analysis and insights to inform strategic decisions, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reports.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, particularly within the aged care or healthcare sectors.
- A strong background in risk management and internal control frameworks is also essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, fostering collaboration between finance and operational teams, and driving improvements in financial reporting and efficiency.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in aged care, healthcare, or community services, with a strong focus on financial planning and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with CPA or CA qualification highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
