Vehicle Detailer Role

This exciting opportunity is available in our Cairns Airport location, where you will be responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior of our vehicles are in pristine condition for our customers.

As a key component of our operations team, you will work collaboratively with other colleagues to achieve high-quality results and exceed customer expectations.

  • Clean and prepare the interior and exterior of our vehicles, including cleaning, washing, and vacuuming

  • Refuel gas tanks, check fluid levels, tire conditions, pressure, and tread depth

  • Assess vehicle for any potential new damages and report it according to established procedures

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Additionally, experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is highly valued.

Requirements

  • A full and valid Australian driver's license

  • Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)

  • Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
