Food Production Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Food Production Team Member to join our dynamic team in Melbourne area.
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food, maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and food safety knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices, ability to work flexible hours, including 10- or 8-hour shifts, and Australian work authorization.
In this role, you will maintain a clean and hygienic environment, communicate effectively with other sectors of the company and work well in a team environment. You will also meet deadlines and work under pressure, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food to the highest standard of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve production targets.
Benefits:
You will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate of $25-$30 (depending on part-time or full-time status), overtime pay and penalty rates apply. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- Able to commute or relocate to Camberwell VIC before starting work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
