Territory Management Opportunity

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our sales team, responsible for servicing a variety of customers and channels in the Gold Coast region.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sales targets by building strong relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Key responsibilities include managing and growing sales through distribution and product visibility of our top brand portfolio.
  • Develop and ensure compliance of promotional programs across our customer base.
  • Drive fridge utilisation and location management of fridges in store.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive sales growth.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven sales experience in a similar role.
  • Independent grocery channel knowledge is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
