Underwriting Position

Deliver underwriting profit and growth in a Cyber and Technology business.

The primary objective of this role is to execute underwriting strategies, ensure profitable growth, and maintain the company's market position. Key responsibilities include achieving financial targets, delivering distribution activities, using delegated authority effectively, conducting thorough risk assessments, and implementing capacity on new and renewal business.

For success in this role, you will need to demonstrate expertise in technology PI, casualty, and cyber classes of business, including an understanding of pricing techniques and claim development. Additionally, you should be able to handle a mix of mid-market volume business and large, complex accounts, with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to influence decisions.
