This key position involves maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our hotel rooms, corridors, and public areas.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are immaculately clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times. This includes but not limited to:

  1. Cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces, including floors, walls, doors, and windows.
  2. Making beds and changing linens as required.
  3. Cleaning bathrooms and replenishing toiletries.
  4. Vacuuming and dusting furniture and fixtures.
  5. Removing waste and recyclables from hotel rooms and public areas.

To succeed in this challenging and rewarding role, you should possess excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

We provide comprehensive training for new recruits, focusing on our hotel's values and expectations. While fluency in English is not essential, candidates must have a good understanding of basic English to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.

As a Housekeeping Professional, you will form an integral part of our hotel team, working collaboratively to create memorable experiences for our guests.

- Deliver outstanding housekeeping services in accordance with hotel standards.

- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and inventory management.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

- 1+ years of housekeeping experience in a similar role or environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 20 kg) and stand for extended periods.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
