About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Acute Medical Unit with cardiac telemetry and Medical Assessment Unit (MAU) in Ward 4C. This fast-paced ward consists of 10 dedicated beds for MAU and 26 general medical beds.
This role requires an experienced nurse with sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills. You will work within a supportive team of dedicated nurses and multidisciplinary staff, providing quality, evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality improvement initiatives
- Working effectively as part of a team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an acute hospital setting
