About the Opportunity

This critical role supports our continued business growth and reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer. The Clinical Practice Advisor works closely with senior stakeholders across the organization to drive best practice in delivering high-quality services for individuals with complex needs.

The principal purpose of this role is to ensure that clients receive the highest level of support within a human rights framework, focusing on increasing a person's quality of life and achieving real goal attainment.

  • Develop, review, and manage clinical policies and procedures.
  • Chair and lead clinical governance committees.
  • Develop and contribute towards education and training materials.
  • BUILD, MAINTAIN, AND RETAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, EMPLOYEES, AND STAKEHOLDERS TO DELIVER EXCELLENT SERVICES.
  • Ensure client needs are met, improving customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Deliver services at best-practice standards by continuously improving service delivery and streamlining operational efficiency.
  • Implement effective risk management strategies and quality management systems.
  • Lead audits and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
  • Contribute to building and increasing the company's client portfolio.
  • Provide leadership and delegation to team members, fostering a positive organizational culture.
