**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Communication Specialist to manage high volumes of incoming and outgoing correspondence, interpret information provided by senior management, and produce high-quality communication materials.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in maintaining effective administrative processes for the coordination of executive correspondence, including Ministerial briefs, reports, submissions, and responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain efficient administrative processes for the coordination of executive correspondence.
  • Ensure all documentation is prepared, tracked, and progressed through established systems and processed within stated timeframes.
  • Prepare reports on quality, quantity, and timeliness of executive correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing high volumes of correspondence.
  • Ability to interpret information provided by senior management and use it to produce high-quality communication materials.
  • High level communication and interpersonal skills.
