Working in a Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Team, you will collaborate with various engineering and technical professionals to ensure all operational requirements relating to maintenance are accurately scheduled and forecasted.

In this role, you will develop and manage maintenance work packages, ensuring all platform parts and equipment are available and within the maintenance management system. Active recovery plans will be implemented with minimal disruptions.

This opportunity is to join one of Australia's strategically important surveillance capability programs and contribute to Australian safety from external threats.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate complete knowledge of customer aircraft maintenance processes, policies, culture, and standard practices.

2. Develop, implement, and manage aircraft specific maintenance work packages, including each scheduled task.

3. Optimise fleet aircraft performance through effective maintenance and equipment improvement initiatives.

4. Implement and improve maintenance strategies and equipment budgets.

5. Assist with the development and improvement of quality and maintenance management systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Qualifications in Maintenance Management or related certifications.

2. Demonstrated experience using Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in an aviation setting.

3. Demonstrated Maintenance Controller or Planner experience.

4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and manage technical data and specifications.

5. Ability to prioritise and manage work tasks in a fast-paced and safety-focused environment.

6. Strong communication skills.

7. Hold a Defence security clearance or be an eligible Australian Citizen.
