About the Opportunity

Alfred Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to transition into a community practice role within their Child and Adolescent Mental Health team.

This exciting opportunity will see you working with children and young people aged 12-26 years and their families, undertaking case management and providing specialist clinical services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality clinical services to children and young people aged 12-26 years and their families
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote positive mental health outcomes

About the Team

Our Child and Adolescent Mental Health team is committed to providing accessible and inclusive services to children and young people in need.
