About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Melbourne. As a Speech Pathologist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals and families of all ages, providing high-quality speech pathology services in a community-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive speech pathology services to individuals and their support networks, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Collaborate with support coordinators, care managers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans that align with the individual's goals and aspirations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in speech pathology through ongoing professional development and training.
About You
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Speech Pathologist.
  • You have demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in conducting assessments, developing care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions for both NDIS and aged care clients.
  • You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and client-centered environment.
