Job Description

This role involves delivering timely and accurate national payroll for approximately 30,000 team members, ensuring seamless integration with SAP technology.

  • Process end-to-end weekly payroll using SAP Employee Central Payroll.
  • Complete post-payroll activities including STP reconciliation, resolution of complex cases using Service Now, and processing payment adjustments and terminations.
  • Maintain and manage payroll process documentation as required and share knowledge to cross-train team members.

Key requirements include:

  • A strong understanding of Australian Payroll legislation.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in payroll management.
  • SAP ECP systems expertise, with experience in Service Now and/or UKG being ideal.
  • Familiarity with high-volume payroll processing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Australian legislation and award interpretation.
  • Ability to resolve complex problems related to payroll, leave, and general ledger accounts.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and accuracy skills.
  • Ability to document and deliver process improvements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
