Enterprise Transformation Coordinator

This role supports the Executive Director of Enterprise Transformation in driving strategic and operational goals within a new strategic plan.
The successful candidate will ensure the Executive Director's time, focus, and communications are aligned to high-value outcomes across a complex transformation portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage workflows and coordinate strategic deliverables.
- Evaluate and prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Build effective relationships across the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Executive Level Administration, Project Officer/Coordination.
- Strong technology literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Project Dashboards.
- Able to work autonomously, independently, and proactively.
