Infor's Early Talent Program is designed to attract and onboard individuals who are new to the software sector, including recent graduates, veterans, and those transitioning careers. This initiative focuses on developing essential soft skills, such as effective communication and time management, which are invaluable throughout one’s professional journey.

The comprehensive onboarding process includes classroom training on Infor-specific solutions, equipping participants to assume roles in consulting, presales, and sales. Clearly defined career pathways provide early talent with structured opportunities for growth and increased responsibilities, including transitions between roles such as Business Development Representative (BDR), Inside Sales, and Field Sales.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage directly with enterprise clients to seamlessly integrate their mobile, web, e-commerce, and point of sale applications with our APIs/SDKs and custom features.
  • Oversee the technical customer relationship across all aspects of integration, including requirements clarification, integration testing, load testing, providing demonstrations, software upgrades, and addressing customer inquiries for technical information.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver enterprise-level solutions through effective problem-solving, testing, and code delivery.
  • Enhance efficiency in a dynamic environment where processes are fluid and innovative solutions are essential.
  • Work alongside development engineers, product managers, account managers, and other departments to comprehend technology and resolve issues.
  • This position may necessitate some travel and availability for off-hours support.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A genuine enthusiasm for business processes, IT, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Manufacturing, or ERP Systems Management.
  • A driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A proactive attitude with strong analytical skills and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • International experience from studies is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
