Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team provides crucial insights, analysis, budget, and forecasting. As a strategic advisor, you will translate financial data into key business insights and partner on key commercial decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning the end-to-end budget and forecasting process for the FP&A team
  • Building strong working relationships with stakeholders, providing actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and operational efficiency
  • Leading monthly revenue and cost centers reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely accounting
  • Working closely with payroll, local finance teams, and preparing analysis and reviews for higher management
  • Preparing and maintaining long-term strategic outlook models, as well as providing ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support business strategy as required
  • Producing ad-hoc analysis and insights for senior management, including the global executive team and the Board as required
  • Continuously improving processes, reporting, communication, and relationships with key stakeholders and users of financial information

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, with a passion for working in fast-paced, multi-national organizations
  • A growth mindset and proactive approach to identifying and solving complex business challenges
  • Experience working with ERP & BI systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Power BI, and Tableau
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including asynchronous collaboration with remote/international teams
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a curious mindset that is not afraid to challenge the status quo
