Duties Manage the FP&A function and manage a small team Work collaboratively and hands-on in leading management reporting requirements Deliver insights and analytics to the leadership team challenging thoughts and ideas Take ownership of the business clock and board reporting Present financial performance, trading updates, flash reports and outlooks to the business Business partner the broader business to deliver strategic initiatives Deliver reporting requirements in-line with regulatory obligations Scenario modelling on special projects including mergers and acquisitions Invest time in your team members to develop, mentor and knowledge share Skills and Experience CA / CPA Qualified5+ years finance experience in a commercial function Advanced Excel & Modelling skills Hands-on professional with FP&A management or FBP experience Excellent communication to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders Passionate about growth and development of a team Leadership capabilities with a growth mindset Benefits Flexible working arrangements Excellent exposure to CFO and senior business leaders CBD office location Career development About the company This company is a PE backed national organisation expecting continued double-digit growth both organically and through acquisition.
