
Disability Support Professional

We are seeking dedicated professionals to create opportunities for individuals with disabilities to thrive. As a Disability Support Worker, you will collaborate with specialists to provide daily support and assistance to our customers through a person-centered approach.
About the Role- You will work closely with our team to develop meaningful relationships and tailor support to meet the unique needs of each customer.
- You will be responsible for providing physical and emotional support to our customers, enabling them to participate in daily activities and achieve their goals.
This role requires a high level of empathy, patience, and understanding. You will work as part of a dynamic team to create a supportive environment that fosters independence, dignity, and respect for all individuals.
Required Skills and Qualifications- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Check Clearance
- Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights
