Key Responsibilities:
  • Host and manage one-on-one bridal consultations from scheduling to fittings and final orders.
  • Be a trusted advisor to each bride – taking measurements, confirming sizing, and coordinating custom orders.
  • Ensure the showroom is always photo-ready – overseeing cleaning, styling, steaming, and the care of couture gowns.
  • Manage customer communication across two key accounts.
  • Oversee a small team of stylists, including training, rostering, and supporting their success.
  • Coordinate closely with wholesale and production teams for seamless handovers.
  • Run and manage tailoring appointments from pinning gowns to managing payments and communicating fit adjustments.
  • Maintain stock levels and ensure all samples are accounted for, organised, and ready to shine.
Requirements:
  • A background in luxury fashion, bridal, or boutique retail with proven sales results.
  • A natural leader with a strong eye for styling and detail.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.
  • A true people person – professional, warm, and always one step ahead.
  • A passion for bridal and fashion, and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and quality.
