Our specialization lies in financing new and used commercial vehicles, yellow goods, trucks & trailers, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, unsecured finance (personal loans & business loans), invoice/debtor finance, boats & leisure goods and consumer vehicles.
About the Role:
- This position involves developing strong relationships with clients, providing personalized solutions to meet their financial needs, and ensuring timely settlement of transactions.
- You will be trained on communication and sales techniques, lender products, policies, guidelines, and what is required for each.
- The role requires comparing and presenting suitable products and loan structures that fit the customer's or business needs.
- Assessing deals on a consumer and commercial level is also a key responsibility.
- Reviewing bank statements and credit scores is an essential aspect of this role.

- Develop fundamental finance knowledge in the broker and loan writing space with Cert IV (Finance Broking) and insurance training provided.

- Uncapped commissions, OTE of 100k+ after training is completed, make this a lucrative career option.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and convert a new/existing client pipeline by maintaining a successful daily call cycle and meeting activity requirements.
- Retention and service of existing suppliers/referrers/clients.
- Hitting KPI monthly targets including calls, activities completed, and settlement amounts.
- Providing support to the credit team and management teams in areas of follow up calls, customer service, and supplier liaison.
- Establish referral partners and new client opportunities both internally and externally.
- Making a difference, helping Australian businesses grow, requires being a good listener and solution provider.
Work Eligibility:
