Job Title: Barista All-Rounder

As a skilled and experienced Barista All-Rounder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, crafting high-quality coffee, and maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our cafe.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering a warm and memorable experience to every customer. If you possess excellent communication skills, a strong passion for making great coffee, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to a high standard
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front counter and coffee station
  • Deliver food, drinks, and coffee to customers in a timely manner
  • Clear tables, assist with general cleaning, and support daily cafe operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Contribute positively to the team environment

Requirements:

We are seeking an individual with minimum 2 years' experience in a similar cafe or hospitality role. You should have proven barista skills, a strong passion for making great coffee, and the ability to operate espresso equipment with confidence.

Additionally, you should have excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and consistency, strong understanding of cafe menus and beverages, and confident communication skills.

As a proactive team player, you should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and provide positive customer experiences.
