This role is an integral part of our customer-facing team, delivering store operations activities in support of a sales-focused culture and profitable sales growth.
The Customer Service Team Member will report to the Customer Service Manager and be responsible for effective store administration, including cash handling, banking integrity, tendering transactions, and managing controllable expenses.
In addition, this role will manage all sales channel fulfillment in line with procedures and work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a consistent positive store and channel experience for customers.
The ideal candidate will contribute to The Good Guys brand and store experience through quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation, while continuously improving sales skills and product knowledge through available online platforms and active participation in other development opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Customer Focus: Demonstrates empathy and understanding of customer needs, providing solutions that meet their expectations.
- Drives Results: Consistently achieves results, even under challenging circumstances, and demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving.
