Senior ICT Manager Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior ICT Manager to lead our Ministerial and VIP ICT Support team. This is a key role that involves managing the team, providing ICT services, and supporting high-level stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading ICT operations teams and has experience in supporting VIP clientele. They should be able to anticipate and respond to client needs and expectations, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and have a proven ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and ensure strong outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Ministerial and Executive Support teams and functions
  • Coordinate and support domestic and international travel for key VIP users
  • Engage and train new staff members
  • Contribute to the outcomes of the team
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of Executives
  • Drive continuous improvement and strategic direction for ICT services

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience leading an ICT operations team
  • Demonstrated experience supporting VIP clientele
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a variety of stakeholders
  • Proven track record of efficiently prioritising tasks and ensuring strong outcomes

Eligibility: Security Clearance Required - Negative Vetting Level 1 (Secret)
