Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver people and performance plans to support Danone's business strategy and growth targets
  • Lead and deliver impactful employee experiences, performance and talent cycle plans, succession planning, and support international mobility
  • Design and lead culture initiatives and internal communication campaigns
  • Lead and support leadership development initiatives and global functional capability programs
  • Serve as the point of contact for employment relations advice for the wider team
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance operational efficiencies
  • Support Danone's BCorp certification and other key projects
About You

We are looking for a strategic and analytical thinker with a proven track record in HR management. You will possess a natural flair for connecting with people and can foster enduring relationships at all levels of engagement. You will be a strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
