We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Clerk based within our Communication Centre.
This role will consist of:
- Scheduling customer's vehicle service bookings
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Recording and distributing messages
You will also be required to perform:
- Parts quoting and ordering
- Customer follow ups
- Provide assistance and support to other staff members of the Communication Centre as directed by your Manager
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A friendly, outgoing and professional personality
- Excellent communication skills – specifically telephone
- An ability to work in a close knit team environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced, pressure environment while remaining upbeat and positive
- Ability to work Saturdays when required
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Ability to effectively handle customer queries and concerns in a positive manner

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, recording messages, and providing administrative support to the team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
