Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Clerk based within our Communication Centre.

This role will consist of:

  • Scheduling customer's vehicle service bookings
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Recording and distributing messages

You will also be required to perform:

  • Parts quoting and ordering
  • Customer follow ups
  • Provide assistance and support to other staff members of the Communication Centre as directed by your Manager

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A friendly, outgoing and professional personality
  • Excellent communication skills – specifically telephone
  • An ability to work in a close knit team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, pressure environment while remaining upbeat and positive
