SEE Civil is seeking a highly skilled Community Relations Advisor to join our Operations team. This is a diverse and fast-paced role that will see you working closely with project teams to protect, support and enhance the reputation of SEE Group and its business brands.
Key Responsibilities- Provide on-project community engagement support or resources to project managers and projects as required or requested.
- Assist projects with the management of public complaints and enquiries as they arise and in a timely manner, in line with the Corporate Communication Management Plan or project-specific requirements.
- Draft and implement community liaison or stakeholder engagement management plans for projects as required, including during the tender period.
- Write and coordinate Project Profiles for corporate and client-specific purposes.
- Identify, draft and develop content for internal and external communications channels, including corporate social media, website, intranet and marketing collateral.
- Identify potential media opportunities for SEE Group businesses and projects and monitor local, state and online-based media for content relating to SEE Group and its businesses.
- Contribute to the development and drafting of corporate communications as requested.
- Degree qualified in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or similar.
- 3+ years of experience in a community relations/engagement/liaison role, preferably on infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality written content.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Experience using Adobe Creative suite desirable.
- Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes independently.
- A positive attitude along with a willingness to undertake a variety of tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, small team environment.
