About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Sofitel Adelaide. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing daily departmental operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
  • Conduct regular inspections of front and back-of-house areas to maintain high cleanliness standards
  • Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure guest rooms are ready and address guest concerns promptly
  • Manage cleaning materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effective linen use
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the Luxury segment
  • Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor large teams of diverse individuals
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a similar Property Management System and/or HotSOS
  • Excellent time-management, problem-solving, and organisational skills
