About the Role: Pharmacy Assistant

This full-time opportunity involves working under the direct supervision of our Retail Manager, meeting and exceeding customers' shopping experiences. Key responsibilities include working behind the register, filling and facing shelves, ticketing and merchandising, and wishing customers warm regards.

To excel as a Pharmacy Assistant, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills and previous pharmacy or retail experience
  • Strong product knowledge of cosmetics and fragrances
  • Confidence in recommending and selling products
  • Genuine interest in cosmetics and skincare
  • Professional presentation and image
  • Cash handling and register skills
  • Strong communication skills between all stakeholders
  • Dedicated work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the business
  • Eye for detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility in availability through weekdays and weekends
