Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park, a haven of tranquility nestled within the historic mansion, offers a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Our spa features treatments that blend Eastern and Western philosophies, a traditional Hammam chamber, and a magnesium mineral pool.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Relaxation and Wellness Manager to join our dedicated team of therapists. Working closely with the Spa Manager, you will focus on ensuring seamless spa operations and delivering exceptional service and treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Leverage your leadership skills to mentor a team of spa therapists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.\
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current spa menus and guest needs by performing treatments as required.\
  • Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety regulations.\
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and service delivery.\
  • Collaborate with the Spa Manager to design and promote spa packages and treatments.\
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the spa facilities.\
  • Handle guest inquiries and feedback, ensuring a positive and memorable spa experience.

About You:

  • Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification is preferred.\
  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role in a spa or wellness environment is essential.\
  • A willingness to work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, is required.\
  • Strong leadership and team management skills are necessary for success in this role.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are vital for effective collaboration with colleagues and guests.\
  • Proficiency in spa software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.\
  • A passion for health, wellness, and delivering exceptional guest experiences is a must.
