Product Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and outcomes for reusable AI-enabled automation capabilities. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of how automation can be embedded into real-world workflows, enabling scalable, secure, and human-centred transformation.

  • About the Role:
  • The Product Manager will be responsible for setting and evolving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-enabled automation capabilities and foundational services.
  • They will convert ambiguous opportunities into validated problems, lean experiments, and shippable increments; instrument and report adoption/value (e.g., time saved, error reduction, EX/NPS uplift).
  • The Product Manager will build reusable orchestration patterns and guardrails (e.g., agent hand-offs, human-in-the-loop controls) that other teams can plug in quickly.
  • They will embed responsible AI and governance by design—partner early with Risk, Security, and Model Governance so teams adopt fast and safely.
  • The Product Manager will drive change and enablement with clear playbooks, onboarding, and 'one-to-few → one-to-many' rollouts.
  • They will lead cross-functional delivery with Design, Engineering, and Data; continuously balance trade-offs and ruthlessly prioritise outcomes.
