About This Role

As a Senior Account Manager at Monks, you will play a critical role in managing media campaigns and driving long-term value for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage media campaigns through the full account management life cycle, including kick-off meetings, client relationship management, tech stack implementation, media optimization, and quarterly business planning.
  • Develop and grow relationships with clients, Monks' partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and craft strategic approaches.
  • Analyze data for reporting and optimizing advertising campaigns, and align client needs with our solutions to achieve their goals.
  • Partner with our sales team on proposal responses, technical demos, and marketing efforts, and provide analysis, insight, and expertise for clients on our products and offerings.

You will also be responsible for supporting the Team Lead in mentoring and assisting Associate Account Managers and Account Managers, and for keeping a pulse on the market to roll out processes and products that add value to our clients.
