**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

  • Demonstrated skills and experience in hospitality management.
  • Experience in team leadership, training, and development.
  • Proficiency in assisting with financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Strong computer skills with experience using RMS or similar reservations systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
