Lead Motion Graphics Designer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled motion graphics designer to join our team.

  • Develop high-quality motion graphics that exceed client expectations.
  • Work across various projects and briefs, pushing the boundaries of creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and deliver compelling stories through film and motion assets.
  • Collaborate with strategists, writers, and client managers to construct engaging narratives.
  • Contribute to a culture of learning by sharing new techniques and best practices.
  • Liaise with freelancers and external suppliers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in motion design.
  • Expert proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and core CC Software.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, able to confidently present ideas to wider teams and clients.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles and project management.
