Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Healthcare Equipment Service Professional. This role involves providing exceptional service and support to customers, ensuring their equipment is functional and safe to use.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and/or electronics, with 2-5 years of relevant field service experience. They will be able to troubleshoot and repair equipment, provide accurate and compliant reporting, and maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical solutions to customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain and report spare parts stock accurately.
  • Ensure customer equipment is functional and safe to use.
  • Carry out maintenance, repairs, and testing of medical equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mechanical and/or electronics background and aptitude.
  • 2-5 years' relevant field service experience.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong time management and planning skills.
  • Able to work without direct supervision yet within a team environment.
