As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting adults to maintain their independence and achieve their goals. Our dynamic and growing mobile service is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Visit clients in their homes, assessing their needs and designing intervention programs to help them achieve meaningful goals.
  • Conduct assessments for home modifications, from simple to complex, and provide recommendations for assistive technology solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with support coordinators, local area coordinators, and equipment suppliers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Write reports to document client progress, outcomes, and recommendations.

Key Requirements:

  • A Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration.
  • Experience or a keen interest in providing OT services to adults with disabilities, chronic disease, and complex care needs.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills to manage a flexible caseload.
  • Ability to complete autonomous home and community-based assessments and interventions, following an extensive onboarding program.
