Financial Transaction Specialist

The primary objective of this position is to ensure the accurate receipt of payments and maintain customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Process receipts daily in accordance with Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) guidelines and procedures.
- Verify the accuracy of receipts by carefully checking procedures and take action on dishonoured cheques from intermediaries on the same day.
- Maintain compliance with Group Credit Procedures and implement safekeeping practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service to contribute to profitability, adhering to targets for service levels, policies outside credit terms, timeliness, and cost.
- Manage customer refunds in a timely manner according to agreed service levels and ICA agreements.
