Business Financial Analyst

We are seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support our marketing and coffee solutions teams.
This 12-month contract role is based in our North Sydney office with hybrid working options. The successful candidate will take ownership of marketing related expenditure, including budgets, estimations, and actual spends.
- Partner with the marketing team to oversee advertising and promotional spend.
- Support business case scenarios and brand planning for new product pipelines and activations.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and balance sheet reconciliations related to the marketing budget.
- Provide disciplined financial recommendations regarding the marketing budget.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders locally and globally to ensure accurate cost control.
- Drive efficiency through process improvements.
- Cover certain assigned month end tasks.
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or a similar field.
- A CPA or CA qualification (or working towards).
- Experience working with SAP (highly regarded).
- Experience in a similar role in FMCG (highly regarded).
- Sound experience working across various departments and/or with global stakeholders.
