About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Specialist/ Manager to join our team in Adelaide, Canberra, or Melbourne. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing and assisting to deliver effective communication activities for key projects supporting WHS, Security and Workforce.

The Communications Manager will work closely with project managers and key stakeholders within the team, fostering strong relationships that promote awareness of project activities. Key will be developing internal communication strategies which assist staff and further build reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop effective communication initiatives, promoting key project and organisational messages.
  • Contribute to the creation of a suite of communication artefacts, including templates, branding, and messaging guides and standards.
  • Develop and implement change communication initiatives.
  • Exercise good judgement and solve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Work closely with project managers and key stakeholders to promote awareness of project activities.
