Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a Critical Care setting.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Support nursing teams with planning, assessment, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based patient care.
  • Demonstrate professional practice by adhering to standards, codes of ethics, and conduct.
  • Supervise, direct, and guide nursing staff to deliver patient care.
  • Deliver education and support for health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs.
  • Lead quality improvement projects to achieve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care needs.
  • Act as a role model for safe practice.
Essential Criteria
  • AHPRA registration.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in ICU/CCU or ED.
  • Understanding of National Commission on Quality and Safety standards.
  • Ability to show initiative and work within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
