We are seeking a qualified Audiologist or Audiometrist to join our team in Brisbane as a key professional in hearing health.
This role works closely with the State Sales and Operations Manager of Queensland West and our national Clinical Excellence Manager to continuously improve the performance of the clinical team across our clinics in Queensland, providing ongoing direct support to our Clinicians through coaching, education and training programs.
Job Description:- Support and guide Clinicians to achieve optimal clinical outcomes and excellence
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance Clinician skills and knowledge
- Represent Connect Hearing at internal and external meetings with key stakeholders as required
- University Audiology qualification or TAFE Audiometry Qualification
- Current membership (CCP) or eligibility for membership (CCP) of AudA or ACAud
- Current QP number or eligibility to obtain one
- Strong audiological skills and knowledge
- Previous experience developing and delivering training
- Excellent levels of customer care and service
- Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to achieve KPIs
- Strong communication skills
