Role Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable engaging with customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads by inviting shopping centre visitors to check their hearing health
  • Build rapport with new and existing customers
  • Explain hearing results and advise on next steps
  • Reconnect with previous customers and follow up via phone
  • Manage customer database, stock control, and invoicing
  • Ensure compliance with industry reporting standards
  • Support store targets and KPIs
  • Assist Store Manager in motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer service
Requirements
  • Customer service, sales, or administration experience preferred
  • Proactive 'can-do' attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outgoing personality comfortable engaging with customers
  • Keen to learn and develop into a future leader
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and late nights
