Construction Law Professional

We are seeking ambitious and commercially-minded professionals to join our Construction Team.

This is a great opportunity to work on front-end and back-end matters in construction, infrastructure, and mining services. The team works closely together, providing strategic advice and representing clients in disputes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing tender documents and reviewing contracts for clients
  • Drafting and negotiating various forms of contracts, including construct-only contracts and consultancy agreements
  • Providing strategic advice on claims management and contract disputes
  • Representing parties in arbitration proceedings and litigation

About You

Applicants will have previous experience within either a mixed front-end and back-end construction team or a disputes team with experience in construction and infrastructure disputes.

They will be encouraged to build and maintain excellent client relationships, collaborate with others, and deliver desired outcomes.
