This role presents an opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to the development of innovative, person-centered mental health services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical support and treatment for adults (18-64 years) with various mental health disorders.
- Engage with patients and their families, ensuring the delivery of contemporary, evidence-based treatments.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality mental health care.
- Support the continuous improvement and reform of mental health services.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge in mental health treatment for adults are essential. Experience working with a wide range of mental health disorders and treatment modalities is also required.
A strong commitment to continuous professional development and learning is expected. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and their families, are also necessary.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
