The position of Project Lead, Digital Delivery has become available in our organization. As a seasoned digital project leader, you will be responsible for guiding the successful delivery of key digital initiatives that support our strategic ambitions.

About You

We are seeking an experienced professional with a solid track record of delivering complex projects in dynamic environments. Your expertise in digital marketing, customer experience, and transformational change will enable you to align projects to strategic priorities. With excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach, you will influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

About the Role

As Project Lead, Digital Delivery, you will lead cross-functional teams to design and implement digital projects that enhance student and stakeholder experiences, drive engagement, and improve operational effectiveness. You will work closely with various teams to ensure projects are strategically aligned, well-scoped, and delivered to a high standard.

Core Responsibilities
  1. Lead the delivery of digital and customer experience strategies, ensuring a seamless journey from awareness to enrolment.
  2. Plan, prioritize, and execute digital initiatives across websites, portals, and content platforms, leveraging best-practice marketing technology.
  3. Act as the key liaison between teams to ensure cohesive delivery aligned with strategic priorities.
  4. Provide digital insights and implement robust audience segmentation to deliver tailored content and engagement strategies.
  5. Drive collaboration across teams, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Requirements

We require a postgraduate qualification or extensive demonstrated experience in a similar role, leading complex projects in diverse organizations. Your extensive experience in driving transformational digital change, including alignment with organizational strategy, is essential. Additionally, you must possess high-level interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills, with exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
