We are seeking experienced lending professionals to fill two exciting roles. These positions offer a unique opportunity for individuals who thrive in relationship-driven environments and want to work with an organisation that prioritises people.

This is a fantastic chance to support members from initial enquiry through to settlement, offering guidance on a range of lending and financial products. As a Home Loan Specialist or Mobile Lending Manager, you will be responsible for managing home loan applications and customer relationships, delivering lending consultations, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.

Key Highlights:
  • Manage home loan applications and customer relationships
  • Deliver in-person, phone, and virtual lending consultations
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for insurance and financial products

Requirements:
  • RG146 Tier 2 certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous banking experience required
  • Cert IV in Financial Services or relevant experience
  • Solid understanding of lending processes and NCCP compliance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive results
  • Experience working to targets
