About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with customers to understand their cloud compliance and security requirements and provide end-to-end solutions based on our cloud security offerings. As a Cloud Security Specialist, you will be responsible for helping customers with product installation, setup, configuration, and larger rollouts, as well as working closely with our Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Product Manager to ensure customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with field sales teams to make customer accounts successful by providing technical expertise of public cloud services, a deep understanding of our products, and proposing/architecting solutions for customer requirements.
  • Travel frequently to customer locations (at least 30%) to deliver hands-on support and training.
  • Understand customer needs, brainstorm solutions, and work with the Product Manager to ensure those requirements are included in product release planning and help in reassessing the product roadmap.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cloud security and container ecosystems, and contribute to the development of product-related sales-enablement packages and product messaging.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with configuration of public cloud services through console and API.
  • Ability to write scripts in popular scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
  • Prior experience interacting with customers in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
