Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Lecturer/Senior Lecturer to join our team in Cyber Security.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development and delivery of courses, research outputs, and higher degree supervision. Key areas of interest include cryptography, secure systems, cloud computing, threat detection, digital forensics, ethical hacking, and data science.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a PhD in a related discipline, plus relevant work experience. A good track record of research and publication, as well as competitive research income in a chosen field, is also essential.

A demonstrated expertise and currency in some of the listed technical aspects of cybersecurity, along with evidence of teaching and learning design, development, delivery, and pastoral care of students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, is required.

Applicants must also have strong interpersonal and organizational communication skills and emotional intelligence, as well as the ability to support students and colleagues from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
