Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being.

  • Provide education and training to residents, family members, and caregivers on healthy aging, mobility, and disease management.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement strategies to improve resident outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certified Physiotherapist with current registration with the relevant state or national health authority.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience working with older adults.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and current research related to gerontology and physiotherapy.
