Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to residents.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify residents' needs and goals.
- Provide education and training to residents, family members, and caregivers on healthy aging, mobility, and disease management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement strategies to improve resident outcomes.
- Certified Physiotherapist with current registration with the relevant state or national health authority.
- Strong clinical skills and experience working with older adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and current research related to gerontology and physiotherapy.
