Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FileNet Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions using FileNet P8 CE & PE, FileNet Content Federation Services, and IBM Enterprise Records Manager.

With 8+ years of IT industry experience, you should have hands-on development experience in Java programming and strong exposure to archival and retrieval processes. You should also be single-handedly capable of defining a roadmap for a client in ECM Filenet solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience in Configuring, Design and Development on FileNet specially with IBM Enterprise Records Manager.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced development models is crucial.
  • Working experience in Agile Methodology is a plus.
  • Participate in design meetings and design decisions.
  • Develop Java/J2EE based components to integrate with Case Manager and/or FileNet.
  • Develop System Monitoring tools.
  • Contribute to operational and risk remediation activities.
  • Work on Estimation and sizing for new proposals.
